Your initial appointment will last up to an hour and includes a detailed history of your problem as well as an assessment of your general health; a thorough examination, mainly of the problem area; an initial diagnosis and plan of management. This may include a treatment plan, or advice only.
If more appropriate you can be referred to another health professional or your doctor.
You will always get an honest opinion, based on best practice and experience, and be given realistic treatment goals.
You do not need a doctor’s referral to see us, though some doctors do recommend us and even use our services.
Though not on site, diagnostic imaging can be arranged privately including X-ray, MRI, diagnostic ultrasound and bone density scanning.
